Good Friday: Jesus before Pilate and the Crucifixion
This part of the story may be the saddest, most difficult section to read in the whole Bible. Again, take your time reading each gospel writer’s version. Note the different details included in each one to get a total picture of the events of “Good” Friday. People have complained that this day doesn’t seem very “good” but when looked at from the perspective of what was accomplished on the cross this day, it is, in fact, good. It is also referred to sometimes as “holy” friday.
