Anger, How do we deal with it?
As mentioned in the Teen Nugget, anger is a natural response any many circumstances and situations. God calls us to manage our anger, it is difficult, but something we are all called to do. Here are some questions to help you discuss this nugget with your teen:
Can you think of something recently that made you angry?
What in the situation caused you to get angry? Did you perceive some sort of injustice?
How did you handle it?
What is your best way to handle angry?
How can we give each other the most grace to handle our anger?
